Recent Successful Cases

6 of our partner visa applications had children aged 22 + years old and we were able lodged decision ready applications in December 22 and January 24 and they were granted visas before their eldest children turn 23 years old.

Their child visa was granted in April 2024.

In 2020, Mr. Gh. submitted an application for a partner visa. The department asked that the sponsor and applicants remove their children from the application since they were older than 23 years of age.

We took over this application from their previous Migration Agent, pursued the case, and obtained visas for their two children aged 26 and 28 years old.

We represented this CSP application for a family of 8, nationals of Afghanistan based in Pakistan.

We worked intensively with the APO and the Department of Home Affairs from December 2022 and their visas were granted in February 2024.
