Temporary Residence Transition Stream: For those who have worked with their employer on a temporary visa (such as subclass 457 or TSS) for at least three years.
Direct Entry Stream: For individuals who are applying from outside Australia or have worked in Australia for a short period. Requires a skills assessment.
Labour Agreement Stream: For workers nominated by employers with a special agreement with the Australian government, often for occupations not on the standard skilled occupation list.
Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417): For people aged 18-30 (up to 35 for some countries) from eligible countries. It allows short-term work to help fund their holiday, with the possibility of extending the stay up to three years.
Work and Holiday Visa (subclass 462): Similar to the subclass 417 visa but with different eligible countries and additional requirements like educational qualifications or functional English.
